For this project we were given free rein to do an open concept project of using charcoal materials to use a massive size brown paper and to use as our canvas to create and make a design to our personality. For me to be blunt my concepts generally focus on the center the following: my pets, family, games, hobbies, family traditions (poker/gambling). At the time I've earned a title of Catfish from my family members who say it's because of having a young (at the time) 24-year-old playing with people in their 50's and up. Saying it's a rookie playing against experienced members. My scope is seeing the catfish as the fellow family members and card players, the barrel represents how we are all in a pot together trying to catch' the right card or suit to get the win.
